Business Expansion Manager

The role of Business Expansion Manager is to develop and execute strategies for expanding a business's network by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new partners.

\

This requires a strategic individual with an understanding of ownership franchise business models, excellent sales acumen, and relationship-building skills.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the business network by identifying and approaching potential partners.
  • Pitch the business model, negotiating terms, and closing partnership agreements.
  • Develop customized pitches, conduct meetings, and address inquiries from potential partners.
  • Act as the single point of contact for new partners, ensuring their queries are addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the partnership.
  • Conduct market research, build a pipeline of prospective partners, and maintain accurate tracking.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, representing the business's brand values and business ethics.
  • Provide regular updates on partnership acquisition progress and contribute to strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree in Management or related field.
  • Understanding of business models and motivation of potential partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, and management in the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of developing master-partnerships or direct partnerships across various cities.
  • Familiarity with business regulations and compliance requirements.
