Rural Women Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to support our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, focusing on empowering rural women through skill-building, financial literacy, and community leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement programs that uplift women in underserved communities.
About the RoleThis internship is designed for individuals who are driven by the idea of creating meaningful change for rural women. As a CSR Intern, you will work closely with our founders to develop and execute strategies that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop CSR proposals focused on rural women-centric programs, aligning corporate goals with community needs and organizational values.
- Pursue partnerships with companies that share our commitment to gender equity and rural development.
- Liaise with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to co-create scalable interventions.
- Pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and passion for gender-inclusive development.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
- Desire to build a career in CSR, fundraising, or social impact, especially focusing on rural women.
- Collaborate directly with Founders on high-impact rural programs.
- Contribute to initiatives that empower women through skill-building, financial literacy, and community leadership.
- Flexible remote work setup.
- Experience Letter upon successful completion.
- Exposure to CSR strategy, non-profit partnerships, and gender-focused social entrepreneurship.
