Job Description

 

  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality through statistical process control techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure seamless execution and adaptability.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Identify and implement process control measures, including SPC techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation through proactive problem-solving.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by applying root cause analysis and corrective action principles.
  • Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to improve process efficiency through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation through effective knowledge transfer.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in process engineering technologies, methodologies, and best practices to remain competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in process engineering or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
