Job Description
  • Produce 3D models consistent with instruction, industry guidelines, and best practices.
  • Clearly annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings in conformance to industry standards.
  • Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals.
  • Maintain structural BIM / CAD files for use in the structural design drawings (clean-up, audit, reference, troubleshooting).
  • Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery.
  • Use tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines.
  • Prepare and review project deliverables for client submissions.
  • Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.

Responsibilities:

  1. 0-3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software
  3. Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with AutoCAD software
  4. Strong understanding of how a building comes together.
  5. Ability to think in 3-D.
  6. Ability to draw sections and details with minimal input from the engineer.
  7. Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills.
  8. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
  • Preferably South Indian candidates.
