Production Supervisor Role

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.Job Description
  • Execute day-to-day production activities while ensuring efficient department functioning
  • Supervise and monitor manufacturing processes for quality compliance
  • Review and maintain production-related QMS elements including change control, deviation, event investigation, and CAPA
  • Prepare and review SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs
  • Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Implement mitigation strategies within defined timelines
  • Maintain and review all production records, reports, and logs
  • Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics
  • C coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment breakdowns
  • Oversee document control systems for quality documents availability and integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of QMS principles and manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in documentation and report preparation
  • Ability to interpret and implement regulatory guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with production monitoring tools and techniques
