Job Title: Customer Engagement Representative
">Job Description: As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and ensuring their delight. You will call Jio customers to explain the benefits of our recharges and assist them in completing their transactions. Your primary goal is to sell new Jio connections to prospective customers and resolve any queries they may have.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers by explaining the value proposition of Jio's recharges.
- Call Jio customers and handle their inquiries professionally.
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers who are interested in upgrading or purchasing a new plan.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines and ensure a delightful customer experience.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage skills, and local language proficiency. Additionally, you should be sales-oriented, able to learn quickly, and goal-driven.
">Preferred Qualifications: A fresher with 10th grade education and minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer handling roles.
