Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing service delivery metrics and customer feedback to assess the quality of service provided.
- Conducting detailed analysis of service processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, and process improvement, to drive the implementation of quality initiatives and best practices.
- Performing root cause analysis on service issues and customer complaints and developing corrective action plans to address identified issues.
- Developing and maintaining quality standards and guidelines for service delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry best practices.
- Conducting regular quality audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with service quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Providing training and guidance to service teams on quality standards, procedures, and customer service best practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization. The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience.
