Human Resources Leadership Position

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Senior HR Manager to spearhead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process, design organizational policies and set objectives for the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Role: Set performance targets for the HR team and monitor progress, ensuring effective outcomes and growth.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement company-wide policies that promote a healthy work environment, adhering to labor regulations and best practices.
  • Compensation Planning: Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans, aligning with industry standards.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Event Management: Host in-house recruitment events, fostering positive employee relationships.
  • Career Development: Discuss employees' career development paths with managers, identifying opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • HR Metrics: Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Oversight: Review departmental budgets, ensuring responsible resource allocation.
  • Learning and Development: Organize learning and development programs, promoting employee engagement and skill enhancement.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner, maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations and drive business growth.
