Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

The ideal candidate will lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, color, and visual standards. They will also revise and adapt designs based on feedback, working closely with stakeholders.

This role involves designing engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging). The successful candidate will prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative visual designs that meet business objectives and align with brand identity.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to concept develop and execute design projects.
  3. Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas to drive creative solutions.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting quality and deadline expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
  • Excellent design sense for color, type, layout, and brand identity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic UX/UI.
  • Ability in photography and image retouching.
