Visual Design Expert Role

As a highly skilled visual designer, you will play a crucial part in creating captivating and impactful visual assets that drive customer engagement and conversions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to produce a wide range of digital assets and web designs that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to design and conceptualize UI/UX for e-commerce websites, driving visual improvements and enhancing the user experience.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and improvements, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • Design responsive layouts for e-commerce pages that engage customers and promote conversions.
  • Develop compelling landing pages, infographics, website banners, and graphics for e-commerce websites, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Create promotional materials, including email templates, social media assets, and online ads, such as Amazon catalogs, that captivate audiences.
  • Optimize product images for web use to ensure fast loading times and high-quality visuals, elevating the shopping experience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring our visual identity is cohesive and recognizable, reflecting our brand's values and mission.
  • Evaluate design assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience, providing valuable feedback to designers.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of creative aspects of digital marketing, including branding and advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, demonstrating expertise in visual design and creativity.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for web and mobile, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
