Lead QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced senior quality assurance engineer to lead our testing strategy and elevate product quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, driving both manual and automated testing in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, automation, and performance testing initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance.
  • Drive UI automation with Cypress & TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and performance testing with K6.
  • Promote accessibility standards (Wave, AudioEye) and CI/CD test integration.
  • Leverage AI-first testing approaches to reduce reliance on manual test scripts.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, and Postman.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
