Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting research and analysis, and presenting ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present ideas and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain websites, looking at data analytics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Organize events and product exhibitions to showcase products and services.
  • Update databases and use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions.
  • Coordinate internal marketing efforts and contribute to an organization's culture.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
