We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, data management, and experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies that align with program objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of data migration activities across all project phases: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage the migration of master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate and test data in the target system.
- Implement automated and repeatable data migration processes.
- Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of migrated data with regulatory and audit standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.
- Experience with data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Project Management Skills.
