Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT product professional to lead the development and management of our technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and market feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless product delivery, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Facilitate product demos and communicate product updates to stakeholders, fostering engagement and understanding.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-11 years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and techniques, ensuring products meet customer needs and expectations.
