Job Title: Production Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled production lead to oversee our end-to-end bus body structures production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Execution of Bus Structures
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
  • Monitor KPIs such as JPH (Jobs Per Hour), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and downtime
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to dimensional accuracy, fit & finish, and welding standards
  • Process Improvement: Lead Kaizen, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production supervisors and line staff
  • New Product Integration: Coordinate with R&D and technical services for new model launches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engg
  • 15-20 years in automotive production Domain Expertise Bus/Coach Body Building, BIW, Assembly, EV Certifications (Optional) Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, ISO/TS
