About the Role:

  • We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing production teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of valve manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating activities of workers engaged in assembling parts or assemblies into valves.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is crucial, and you will ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

About You:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the valve industry, preferably in a manufacturing role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading production teams and driving improvement initiatives.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field desirable.
  • Experience with GAD and component drawing, as well as basic welding and machining knowledge would be advantageous.
  • You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
