**1. Tool Design and Development**

- Oversee the design and development of molds and tooling based on product specifications.
- Ensure designs meet manufacturability, quality, and cost-efficiency standards.

**2. Project Management**

- Manage tooling projects from concept through production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Performance Indicators**:

- % of projects completed on time and within budget.
- Number of successful project milestones achieved.
- Stakeholder satisfaction ratings.

**3. Quality Control and Assurance**
- **Objectives**:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure tooling meets industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of molds and tooling.

- % of tools passing quality checks on the first inspection.

- Customer feedback regarding tool performance and quality.

**4. Cost Management**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
