About the Role:

Our organization seeks a skilled Automation Expert to lead business process automation efforts. This position requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation solutions to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge and experience in automation, as well as excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in automation role with strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Coding languages: Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Proficiency in Java is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
