Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our QA team in implementing automation and performance testing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance testing.

They should be able to design and execute performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall experience in software testing, with 3.5-5 years in Automation & Performance testing
  • Strong expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium with C# or Java, and working knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber
  • Proficient in at least one programming language like C#, Java, or Python
