We are expanding our capabilities in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance our products, improve internal productivity, and deliver new services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end ML pipelines that incorporate data ingestion, preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring following MLOps best practices.
  • Manage and optimize secure AI experimentation environments to ensure efficient innovation.
  • Translate proofs-of-concept into working prototypes and production-ready solutions that drive business growth.
  • Apply a variety of AI/ML approaches, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants / Agentic Automation, General Machine Learning Models.
  • Embed governance, compliance, and data security principles in all AI development and deployment activities to mitigate risks.

We require an experienced AI/ML Engineer who can design, build, and deploy real-world AI solutions that drive scalability, security, and innovation. This is a foundational role in shaping our AI infrastructure.

Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or MLOps with a strong hands-on delivery record.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain or equivalents).
  • Solid experience with data engineering, APIs, and deploying models into production environments for optimal performance.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, able to work independently in a small, agile team to drive results.
