Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an AI Engineer on projects involving large datasets, smart copilots, and AI-driven automation for enterprise use cases using Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, and Azure OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Intelligent Agents: Utilize Azure AI Foundry and Semantic Kernel to craft intelligent agents that can interact with users and perform tasks autonomously.
  • Integrate LLMs with Enterprise Data: Seamlessly integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 and GPT-3.5 with enterprise data using Azure Cognitive Search and vector-based retrieval.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation Pipelines: Develop pipelines to answer complex queries from structured/unstructured data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Develop Custom Skills and Workflows: Leverage Semantic Kernel Planner and Function Calling to create custom skills, plugins, and workflows.
  • Connect to and Query Data Sources: Establish connections to data sources like Azure SQL, Synapse, Cosmos DB, and Data Lake using APIs or SDKs.
  • Collaborate with Frontend/Backend Teams: Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to embed copilots in React or .NET-based applications.
  • Use Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate: Employ Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Power Automate for task automation and backend orchestration.
  • Deploy and Secure Solutions: Deploy and secure solutions using Azure App Services, Containers, and Azure AD authentication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on Experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Semantic Kernel: Proficiency in utilizing Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Good Understanding of LLM-based Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Tool-Use Workflows: Familiarity with LLM-based agents, prompt engineering, and tool-use workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python or .NET Core: Proficiency in Python or .NET Core for backend development.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Data Transformation, and Cloud Pipelines: Familiarity with REST APIs, data transformation, and cloud pipelines.
  • Experience with Cloud Integration on Azure: Experience with cloud integration on Azure.
