We are seeking a seasoned Senior Administrative Professional to join our team. As the trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide exceptional support and expert guidance on administrative matters.
- This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations.
- You will also be responsible for meeting management administration, including handling invitations, tracking attendees, and creating agendas.
- In addition, you will maintain accurate records, handle confidential correspondence, and serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will mentor and guide junior staff members, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with expertise in project management tools and data analysis software.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data analysis skills, with experience working with large datasets and presenting insights to stakeholders.
