We are seeking a highly skilled Threat Intelligence Expert for a contract position based in India. This expert will be responsible for conducting sensitive internal investigations, performing in-depth background research and due diligence, and providing actionable intelligence on potential threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential internal investigations into potential security incidents, including suspected sabotage, insider threat activity, and policy violations.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence and enhanced background research on potential partners, key hires, vendors, and other third parties using advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques.
  • Analyze information from various sources to identify patterns, assess risks, and understand adversarial tactics. You will provide critical context during investigations into hacking and cyber-related incidents.
  • Produce clear reports detailing investigative findings, threat assessments, and risk mitigation recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Help develop corporate investigation and intelligence-gathering standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on best practices from the intelligence community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in national intelligence or law enforcement agency, military intelligence, or as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces with a focus on investigations or counter-intelligence.

Demonstrated expertise in complex investigations, including evidence collection, interviews, and structured analysis.

Expert-level proficiency in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) gathering techniques and analytical tools.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to synthesize disparate information.

Unquestionable personal integrity, ethics, and professional judgment.
