Job Title

An Associate Project Manager is required to assist in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good grasp of project management tools like Jira, and strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and monitor project plans and change requests.
  2. Support team by analysing L1 issues raised by clients.
  3. Perform RCA of reported issues using data and product integration knowledge.
  4. Work with the Product and Engineering teams to increase efficiency, resolve issues for customers, and achieve Partner Satisfaction.
  5. Track and manage tasks using Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  6. Provide support in preparing project documentation and reports using MS Office.
  7. Drive communication between teams and external stakeholders by means of coordinating meetings and rigorous follow-ups.
  8. Identify project risks or issues and communicate them effectively.
  9. Support senior project managers and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Expertise in SQL and other DB query.
