Webflow Developer

We're seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our team. As a Webflow Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and building high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

About the Role:

  • You'll work closely with our Marketing team to create engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and more, providing directional suggestions to the team.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
