Project Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced project development lead to manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all projects meet the required quality standards. They will also be expected to interact with clients, provide regular progress updates, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans and coordinate resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  2. Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
  3. Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide detailed documentation of project activities and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably in the air pollution control industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or other project management software.
