Job Title:
Cybersecurity Specialist to Improve OT Security Posture
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to enhance our organization's information security posture and minimize the risk of cyber attacks on our wind farms and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain OT security policies, conduct regular risk assessments, monitor systems for security threats, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive OT security policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement effective security controls
- Monitor systems for security threats, detect anomalies, and respond promptly to incidents
- Evaluate vendor products and services for security requirements, ensuring they meet industry standards
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in OT security management, with a strong background in security governance and risk assessment
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience assessing against relevant security standards and frameworks, such as NIST or ISO
- Relevant certifications, including CISSP, GICSP, GRID, and GCIP, demonstrating expertise in OT security
