Senior Print Production Specialist

Objective:
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage Client Expectations by Establishing Clear Communication Channels
- Ensure Projects are Completed within Agreed-upon Timeframes
- Provide Technical Guidance and Support to Clients
- Promote Collaborative Partnerships with Artwork Studios and Printers for High-Quality Output
- Identify Potential Risks and Develop Strategies to Mitigate Them
- Facilitate Effective Stakeholder Engagement
- Exercise Strong Project Management Skills and Maintain Accurate Tracking
- Oversee Color Standards and Logistics
- Address Challenges Proactively and Foster a Positive Work Environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of Progressive Experience in Print Production
- Proven Track Record in Client-Facing Roles and Prior Account Management
- Familiarity with Color Management and Separation Tools
- Knowledge of Various Print Methods (Offset, Flexo, Gravure)
- Strong Analytical, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving, and Presentation Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Ability to Develop and Nurture Collaborative Relationships
- Capacity to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet Applications
