  • RCA.
  • Creating and reviewing SOPs.
  • Monitoring and managing enterprise print services using OMPlus and LRS VPSX for print job routing, auditing, and failover.

Required skills include:

  • OMPlus for centralised job control and monitoring.
  • LRS VPSX for output management and delivery.
  • HP Web Jetadmin for device discovery, configuration, and firmware updates.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user print issues, including print errors, print queue issues, new printer requests, and connectivity problems.
  • Managing print drivers and firmware upgrades.
  • OS knowledge (Windows Server/Unix server).
