Job Title:

Wireless Network Engineer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our ranks. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wireless network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wireless networking technologies, including WiFi and Juniper Mist. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for improving our wireless network infrastructure and develop strategies for deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wireless network solutions using Juniper Mist technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving wireless network infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain documentation for wireless network deployments
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on wireless network-related topics

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in wireless networking, with a focus on WiFi and Juniper Mist
  • Strong understanding of wireless RF fundamentals and WiFi 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
  • Experience with Juniper Networks products, particularly Juniper Mist wireless solutions APs and Mist Cloud
  • Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts, including VLANs, IP addressing, subnetting, routing protocols (Eigrp, BGP), and switching architectures
  • Knowledge of network security concepts, including firewalls and ACLs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
