Job Role: Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads through proactive outreach and developing relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients that fit the company's target market.
  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and match them with company offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Share regular updates with management on lead activity and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Proven track record of generating new leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients that align with the company's target market and sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.

Location: Worli Mumbai (next to Acharya Atre Chowk Metro station)
