Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our company's IT infrastructure and team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent management skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain secure virtual environments and IT infrastructure
2. Plan, direct, and design the company's IT infrastructure while managing and developing the IT team responsible for maintaining it
3. Implement and enhance robust processes and procedures
4. Ensure all compliance requirements are met
5. Develop strategies to evolve the IT infrastructure
6. Maintain service delivery KPIs set for the cloud computing team
7. Manage services deliverables and expectations
8. Drive new initiatives within IT and across the organization
9. Adhere to all IT policies, procedures, and processes to minimize risk mitigation
10. Maintain documentation of all processes, procedures, including technical documentation
11. Identify training needs and build a motivated team with improved skills and efficiencies for personal and professional growth.
