Salon Manager

As a Salon Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, overseeing cleanliness and hygiene standards, and managing a team of stylists, beauticians, and receptionists.

• Operations:
  • Assist in daily operations and overall management of the salon.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and waiting times to optimize customer experience.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
  • Handle client queries and complaints promptly.
• Team Management:
  • Supervise salon staff and manage tasks and shifts as required.
• Sales & Business Development:
  • Assist in achieving sales targets for services and products.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling of salon services and products.
• Financial & Inventory Management:
  • Monitor cash handling and billing.
  • Maintain stock of products and consumables.
• Compliance & Standards:
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.

• Graduate degree in Hospitality, Beauty, or Wellness Management.
• 3-6 years of experience in salon operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations effectively.
• Knowledge of salon services and treatments preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
