Senior P&C Insurance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled business leader to manage our P&C Insurance operations.
- 8-12 years of experience in P&C Insurance with a background in policy administration, underwriting, and team management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline and willing to work in US shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15-30 members, including performance management, attrition management, and grievance management.
- Ensure timely submission of policies and claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
