Strategic Business Partner for Financial Excellence

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving financial management and business analysis expertise across the organization. This strategic position is crucial for enhancing the cohesion of the controllership function, fostering regional collaboration, and optimizing finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality management information on the function's cost performance, incorporating monthly Actuals reporting and ensuring month-end readiness.
  • Align FTE plans with future organizational shape and impact of strategic change initiatives.
  • Provide critical support to regional/functional COO in delivering management information and data analysis on the cost base.
  • Owning the implementation of optimized cost management structures.
  • Enhance forecast, budgeting, and FRP processes to streamline the Group forecasting process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and measurable efficiencies through centralization and standardization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in financial management and business analysis, with proven relationship management and team engagement skills.
  • Exceptional drive and commitment to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to highlight problems and offer innovative solutions.
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, combined with excellent communication, planning, and organization abilities.
