Accounts Payable Lead
Job Overview:
- An experienced Accounts Payable Lead is required to oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage, train, and support accounts payable staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Develop and implement AP processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Assist with audits, financial planning, and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
