Business Development Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our sales and marketing efforts. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base while ensuring exceptional client support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients by answering questions and resolving issues related to their insurance policies, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance client experiences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to drive retention and growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or relationship management.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
