Security Access Specialist

User access provisioning is a mission-critical function within an organization.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing identity administration operations, managing escalations from start to finish, participating in and driving ongoing service improvement initiatives, supporting reporting requirements, sharing presentations and business cases with senior management.
Primary Responsibilities:- Responsible for overseeing various identity administration teams within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and desired quality aspects.
- Improve and manage healthy working relationships with liaison teams and support teams to align service improvements accordingly.
- Drive projects and programs run by the identity administration team as needed, apart from managing operations.
The primary function of the role is to ensure access provisioning requests and incidents are processed by the team within agreed SLAs and accuracy while maintaining compliance in line with organizational policies.
