**Job Title:** Supply Planning ManagerAs a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the distribution plan from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.
  • Align planning with business numbers, customer channels, and frequency of distribution.
  • Own availability of 1,500–2,000 SKUs by designing robust distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints.
  • Ensure product availability for billing across all channels.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Planning & Inventory Planning
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & Advanced Excel
  • Ability to manage complexity of large SKU base and multi-channel distribution.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration (Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics).
  • Proactive mind-set with ability to balance cost, availability, and service levels.
