In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual)
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews
  • Establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions
Key Requirements
  • CA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, and MIS
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams
