Social Media Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities and uphold brand consistency.
  • Drive brand awareness through social media channels, with a strong focus on Twitter and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to create and execute monthly social media strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in copy by aligning tone, voice, and terminology with brand guidelines.
  • Develop actionable plans to expand and retain followers across all popular social media platforms.
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to monitor progress.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar.
  • Produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional certification in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in targeting audiences and tailoring marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and its application across social channels.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Skilled in using AI tools for content creation and management.
