Job Overview

The Module Lead plays a critical role in driving SAP solution architecture and business design within an organization.

This position requires an expert in SAP, specifically in Finance and Controlling processes, to set and manage the organization's SAP IT landscape in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and enhancing SAP solutions for finance department processes
  • Defining scope and documenting business needs
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of SAP architectural standards and best practices
  • Providing architecture and design guidance to development and functional teams
  • Leading and managing the FI/CO module ensuring all processes are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a related field to the area of responsibility
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA Finance)
  • Certification in SAP: Preferred (FI/CO Module)
  • At least 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong functional knowledge of sales, manufacturing or other enterprise processes using SAP with specialization in finance and controlling module
  • Minimum of 7 years prior experience in managing a large-scale SAP-related program in the capacity of module lead

This is a remote position located in India with occasional travel within the country and globally. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead the SAP transformation journey for our organization.
