About this position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a senior functional consultant. This role involves working with clients to understand their business needs and developing tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, translating business requirements into solutions, and collaborating with technical teams on solution architecture. You will also be responsible for managing full-cycle implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.

Additionally, you will support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development. You will advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.

As a senior functional consultant, you will work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery. You will troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality.

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
