Job Title: Brand Ambassador Lead

 

As a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of our brand across all social media platforms. Your primary objectives will include driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and developing strategies to enhance our online presence.

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize our online strategy.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of designers, editors, copywriters, and influencers to develop innovative and engaging content that drives results. Your expertise in paid and organic social media integration, Google Analytics, and other tools will be essential in helping us achieve our business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement and increase brand visibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and thought leaders in our industry
  • Manage social media campaigns, including creating and scheduling content, tracking KPIs, and analyzing results
  • Collaborate with our team of designers, editors, and copywriters to develop innovative and engaging content
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure we are always at the forefront of innovation

 

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a social media or marketing capacity
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and increasing brand visibility through social media channels
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic social media integration, including Google Analytics and other tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
