Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled accounting professional to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, support internal audits, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions Management: Record daily financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure timely posting of journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Sales & Purchase Order (PO) Management: Verify and reconcile purchase orders against bills and receipts, ensure sales invoices are raised accurately and matched with delivery notes, and coordinate with sales and procurement teams for resolving discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and vendor/supplier reconciliations, reconcile GST, TDS, and other statutory liabilities, and track outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
  • Financial Statements & Compliance: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations, and support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Experience and Certifications: 2–4 years of proven work experience as an Accountant, Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred), Certification in Tally ERP will be an added advantage.
