Senior SAP FICO Transformation Lead

A seasoned professional with deep expertise in SAP FICO and M&A projects is sought after to drive business transformation.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience leading SAP-led finance transformations for large and complex clients.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO projects during M&A events, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Advise CXO-level stakeholders on financial processes, controls, and SAP integration during transactions, driving informed decision-making.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment aligned to M&A requirements, maximizing returns on investment.
  • Drive process optimization, transformation, and measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Manage multi-project environments, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction through effective project management.
  • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership in the M&A-SAP domain, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide consulting teams on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Requirements
  • 14+ years in consulting with strong SAP FICO implementation experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP-M&A project experience, with a focus on driving business value and improving operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale finance transformations, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to drive success.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prior experience as Senior Associate Director/Director in consulting or advisory roles preferred, but not required.
