Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned engineer with expertise in backend architecture and Python development.

This role involves hands-on system design, team guidance, and building robust services.

  • We require a skilled developer who can architect and implement scalable Python-based backend systems.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience designing modular codebases, including setting up repository structures and database schema design.
  • As a mentor, you will lead developers through all phases of development—from concept to deployment.
  • You will develop APIs using FastAPI, with robust validation using Pydantic and asynchronous capabilities.
  • We use SQLAlchemy and Alembic for ORM and migrations.
  • Celery is used for task queues and background processing.
  • You will be responsible for building and optimizing database systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and related tools.
  • The successful candidate will integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into our backend systems to support conversational AI capabilities.
  • Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, scikit-learn, or equivalents is required.
  • You will work with containerization using Docker and maintain version control with Git.
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
  • Code reviews are conducted to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
