  • Solid experience in agile software development, with a strong understanding of its principles and practices.
  • Previous experience of managing multiple teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong mediation and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing both Product Development and/or Professional Services teams.
  • A plus if you have experience in managing or supervising operations (support).
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • An advanced level of skills in Jira/Confluence.
