Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

This role involves building impactful influencer campaigns for a brand trusted by millions of users. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and user growth through collaborations with content creators and influencers.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships across social platforms to create impactful campaigns.
  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote our brand and offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying, shortlisting, and onboarding influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  2. Negotiating collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators.
  3. Planning and executing influencer campaigns to promote our brand and offerings.
  4. Coordinating with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets.
  5. Tracking influencer content performance, measuring ROI, and optimizing future partnerships.
  6. Maintaining strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations.
  7. Monitoring social trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The successful candidate should have 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing. They should also be able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
