About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements and translating them into system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements
  • Develop and maintain business cases and proposals
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in capital markets
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through technology projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and external clients
  • Familiarity with financial applications and asset types (equities, fixed income, FX, listed futures and options, OTC derivatives)
